Shipping policy


Thanks for shopping with us! At AKSOUL, we strive to complete and ship your order as quickly as possible. The following provides information on our processing and shipping policy.

AKSOUL ships to all 50 U.S. States and the District of Columbia. All orders ship from our distribution center in Ontario CA.

Orders are shipped on Mondays-Fridays only (excluding U.S. Federal Holidays). No deliveries or expedited deliveries will be made on Sundays or Holidays.

1. For Shipping Rates:

①. Free shipping on all orders above $50. After successfully placing an order, our representatives will get in touch with you to provide shipping details and order status within 24 working hours.

②. Standard Shipping – $6.99Flat Rate:

  • Please note carriers are currently experiencing an unprecedented volume in shipments which may cause some shipping delays. While AKSOUL will do everything we can to ensure all orders are fulfilled in a timely manner, we cannot guarantee the punctuality of shipping carriers.
  • Tracking is available on shipment emails which will indicate the estimated delivery date. This is the best way to track your package.

2. For Shipping Method:

AKSOUL offers the following logistics methods. E.g. USPS, UPS, TBA, FedEx, EMS, and EUB, etc. All processing & shipping times are subject to change. All delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed by AKSOUL. AKSOUL is not responsible for delayed deliveries due to carrier service interruptions beyond our control.

If you would like to modify or cancel your order, please contact Customer Service at service@AKSOUL.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

3. For Delivery Time:

AKSOUL currently can ship to international destinations due to our powerful distribution network. We are shipping to USA,Europe, North Central, and South America, Australia, and major countries throughout Asia.

①. USA/UK/DE can be delivered within  2-5 business days

  • You can receive your ordered items in 2-5 working days, we have prepared plenty of stocks in USA/UK/DE local warehouse.
  • (*Not including The American 5 Outlying Islands, a few of new products may take 7-15 days)


4. For Tracking Information:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. This email may end up in your Spam Folder, so be sure to add AKSOUL to your “safe” list! 

①. I Can't Find The Notification Email. What Should I do?

If you can't find the email in your inbox, please try checking your spam folder. And please put our service email into your email list in case your email box is blocked and bounced or rejected to our email notification.

Email notification tracked services successfully deliver in one or two days for all orders. Sometimes you may have to wait an extra day for your package to arrive.

②. How Do I Find My Order Number or Tracking Number?

The order number and tracking number for your order are shown in the email AKSOUL sent you when we dispatched your order. Or you can log in to "My Account" to find your order information.


③. How Do I Track My Order? Where Is My Order Now? Is My Parcel Shipped?

Please well noted that you have 3 options to find the tracking information.

Please click below the bottom login to your account and view historical orders and click the track button to order the history page. Please enter your Tracking Number for the shipment tracking information. And you can check your order history and order details also.
